VEGAN IN COPENHAGEN

the concept of vegan in copenhagen initially presented as being a little bit tricky, but with the help of good ol' happycow.net i was on to a winner with green sushi (gronnegade 28, open mon-sat 11am-10pm + sun 4-10pm). vegan menu #1 - lunch is served! (by the canal whilst being entertained by a group of guys and their 'pop-up' jazz band - good times in cph!)
