how?
1 vine ripened tomato, randomly chopped
1 kumato tomato, randomly chopped
6-8 small portabello mushrooms, cut in halves
large handful of rocket
1/2 cup of cooked chickpeas (i soaked overnight and then boiled these dried chickpeas gifted to me from one of my housemates who comes from a farm outside madrid)
1/4 cup of raw or toasted almonds
mix and enjoy!
