SAUCY NOODLE STIR FRY


how?

1 cup of iceberg lettuce, roughly torn into pieces
1/2 cup of frozen edamame beans, thawed
1/2 cup of fresh coriander, roughly town into pieces
1 packet of udon noodles (roughly 1 cup)
1-2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of kecap manis
1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce

flash-fry the edamame beans for 2 mins, add the kecap manis, oyster sauce and a little water if required to thin sauce (roughly 1 tablespoon). add the noodles and stirfry for 3 mins. add the iceberg lettuce and coriander and stirfry until wilted (approximately 1 min). serve topped with a sprig of coriander and sprinkling of sesame seeds
